Anthem CarelonRx provides you with access to many local pharmacies and major retail chains, including CVS, Walmart, Target and Kroger.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How Coverage Works <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partners enrolled in the PPO Plans pay coinsurance and co-pays.<\/li>\n<li>Partners enrolled in the Core Choice, Core Value or Essential Plan must meet their Medical Plan deductible before prescription drugs are covered and then pay any applicable coinsurance.<\/li>\n<li>If you take ongoing maintenance medications, you\u2019ll be required to get 90-day supplies after two 30-day fills of your prescription.\u00a0<strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0You must get your 90-day supply filled at a local CVS retail pharmacy OR Anthem\u2019s CarelonRx Mail Order Pharmacy. Anthem CarelonRx\u2019s Mail Pharmacy will deliver right to your door with free standard shipping.<\/li>\n<li>If you have a complex health condition and need specialty drugs, you\u2019ll be required to fill them through BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy.
